Return Policy

At the Platinum Lacewing we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  Online shopping at times can be difficult and a bit tricky.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return for store credit within 14 days of delivery with the tags attached and unworn.  The customer is responsible for shipping items back unless arrives damaged.  All discounted orders are final.  We want to make your shopping experience enjoyable and stress free.  Please contact us with any concerns and we will do our best to work with you!
